To fast-track your progress, we can review your current eating patterns and suggest changes you can implement to move closer to your goals. Forget dieting – these changes inspire healthy lifestyles that you can stick to, where you enjoy your food and achieve real results.

How the process works:

  • Once we have confirmed your order, we will email you asking you to complete an honest 3-day food diary which provides us insight into your eating patterns.
  • One of our team will then review your diary, and offer 2-3 changes to your eating habits to steer you towards your goals.
  • We will check-in with you the following week to see if you were happy to implement these changes.
  • If you would like more guidance, 2 additional review sessions will take place over the subsequent two weeks.
