How the process works:
- Once we have confirmed your order, we will email you asking you to complete an honest 3-day food diary which provides us insight into your eating patterns.
- One of our team will then review your diary, and offer 2-3 changes to your eating habits to steer you towards your goals.
- We will check-in with you the following week to see if you were happy to implement these changes.
- If you would like more guidance, 2 additional review sessions will take place over the subsequent two weeks.
