1-on-1 Virtual Training Session




Sign up for extra support and accountability by training real-time with a Weight Loss Specialist of your choice. With your specific goals in mind they will motivate and educate you to maximise the results from your workout, and all at a fraction of the cost of a standard personal training session.

Virtual session runs for 30 minutes and includes:

  • A short warm-up
  • A 20-minute HIIT circuit tailored to you and your goals
  • A 5-minute cool-down and stretching routine

You will have the option to select one of the following session times (NZST):

  • Monday to Friday
    • 6:00am – 6:30am
    • 7:00am – 7:30am
    • 8:00am – 8:30am
    • 9:00am – 9:30am
    • 10:00am – 10:30am
    • 5:00pm – 5:30pm
    • 6:00pm – 6:30pm
    • 7:00pm – 7:30pm
  • Saturday and Sunday
    • 9:00am – 9:30am
    • 10:00am – 10:30am
    • 5:00pm – 5:30pm
    • 6:00pm – 6:30pm
  • Public Holidays (unavailable)

Please note, we require bookings to be made at least 48 hours in advance as there are limited spots available. We will respond within 24 hours to confirm if that session time is still available, as it is first come first served.
