Charlotte Ord

Charlotte earned her honours degree in Psychology & Sociology at the University of Surrey and is a certified personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach and advanced kettlebell trainer.  She was named Personal Trainer of the Year 2010 at the International Fitness Showcase Awards, and presents her own fitness and fat loss show on The Active Channel, Sky 281.  Charlotte has also featured in a number of leading health and fitness publications including Men's Health, Women's Health and Triathlete's World.

Charlotte is a former professional event rider and competed horses internationally. She was a member of the Junior England lacrosse squad and has also represented her county in a number of other sports. She continues to set goals for herself and believes this is a key ingredient to achieving your best, and helps her in her commitment to being the best coach she can possible be.

Charlotte continually strives for excellence and works with her team at Phoenix Pro Fitness to ensure our clients receive the very best in coaching, training programmes, service and results.

Sarah Gundry

A former client of Phoenix Pro Fitness, Sarah is now our membership consultant and office manager.  She has had a varied career to date which has ranged from working in retail and law, to being a personal assistant to the directors of a luxury jewellery brand, to working in finance.  She has also studied hard, and is in the final stages of a Masters in Victorian Literature.

As she was not particularly sporty at school, Sarah has been pleasantly surprised by how much she has enjoyed fitness since she startedwith the Phoenix Pro team.  She has achieved significant weight loss, and now trains with her own set of kettlebells as well as taking part in group classes. 

Sarah passionately beleives in the Phoenix message, and with the rest of the team is committed to finsing the key to everybody's very best.

Scott Marsh

Scott Marsh is a fitness specialist at Phoenix Pro Fitness and has achieved his own fat loss success. In 2006 he embarked on a life-changing journey which saw him drop over 100lbs through a self-motivated lifestyle change. A completely new approach to his diet and a self-prescribed exercise regime allowed him to shed the pounds and develop a newfound passion for strength, conditioning and fat loss.

Scott's love of health and fitness has not only inspired others to pursue similar goals but has also led him to a career in the fitness industry that he finds truly fulfilling, as he helps more and more people achieve their goals.

Matt Jordan

Matt is a health and fitness specialist at Phoenix Pro Fitness.  Exercise and sport have always played a big part in his life and a career in the fitness industry was a natural progression for him.  Seeing results and improvements in his clients every day, whether it be in semi-private or class environments, gives Matt great satisfaction and continuously inspires him to be the best he can be.  Matt firmly believes that fitness should be fun!  He has a passion for competitive sports and regularly participates in running and triathlon events of varying distances, and his personal goals are to complete an Ironman and Ultra Marathon.
